Mary Shay
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, SEP
(She/Her)
Mary brings over 15 years of experience in the field of trauma, beginning her career working with children diagnosed with PTSD. Over time, she has expanded her focus to support individuals healing from developmental trauma, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. Her approach combines directness with deep empathy, creating a safe space for clients to connect with their authentic selves.
Dr. S. Craig
Licensed Acupuncturist & Yoga Instructor, L.Ac., D.Ac.
(They/Them)
S. Craig is a Black, Queer, Non-Binary Doctor of Acupuncture, accessible Yoga Instructor, and recipient of the inaugural Healer Award from the City of Philadelphia & Healer Award Committee of Dubois College. They are also a trained restorative justice circle facilitator and mediator with a Bachelor’s in history/sociology of science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Colby Agostinelli
Couples & Sex Therapist, LMFT, CST-S

Colby is a Queer & Trans couples and sex therapist, clinical supervisor, and the director of Philly Couples & Sex Therapy. As a family systems therapist they work from an anti-oppressive lens and specialist in working with relationships of all constellations, as well as Neurodivergent, Disabled folks, and sex workers.
Charley (Sharlay) Navasaitis
Personal Trainer, NASM CPT, CES, PES, WLS, BSC
(She/Her)
Sharlay is a Queer and Disability Advocate with a Master’s in Strength and Nutrition Science. An Anarchist who deeply values AuDHD and Mental Health Awareness, Shar holds NASM certification as a Personal Trainer, Injury Prevention Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Weight Lost Specialist. While Sharlay works with everyone from runners, to weight-lifters, to the elderly and disabled populations, she is particularly enthusiastic about working with individuals in treatment for patterns of pain and discomfort.
